The Adult Foster Care (AFC) Program supports family members caring for a loved one (age 16 or older) at home. Eligible caregivers may receive a tax-free stipend of up to $18,000 per year, plus monthly visits from a nurse and case manager to help manage health needs and enhance quality of life.
